Villa Fengari is newly built property located on a privileged slope, offering views of the Aegean Sea, Paros Island, and the picturesque surroundings.

Villa Fengari's tranquil and exclusive ambiance enables visitors to fully immerse themselves in the area's natural splendor, providing an unparalleled blend of privacy, seclusion,and beatiful sea views.

Villa Fengari spans three levels and offers an abundance of outdoor space, including a private pool and barbecue area.

The interior is spread over 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining terrace for al fresco Naxian dining experiences. The living room completes the interior.

The beautifully landscaped garden, filled with olive trees and a small vineyard, adds to the serene and relaxing atmosphere of the villa. The traditional Cycladic architecture blends perfectly with the lush garden, featuring white plaster, local stone, a plastered fireplace, and built-in couches.

Pergolas around the villa and the pool create shaded spaces for relaxation and dining, with the pool being the central point during the summer months.

Located just 1.3 km / 0.8 mile from the coast and a 3-minute drive from the famous Plaka beach, the villa provides easy access to the surrounding area. It is a 10-minute drive from Naxos town and port. The villa's prime and unspoiled hillside setting blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural terrain, creating a unique and harmonious ambiance.

Equipped with all modern appliances, the villa's design ensures a relaxed island hideaway during your stay.

Plaka is the longest beach on the island. It is a 4 kilometer stretch of golden white fine sand and clear crystal waters. It is a destination for beach and gastronomy lovers who returns every year.

The area offers all amenities and services and makes it an excellent resort. It is a culinary paradise as there are plenty of taverns and restaurants that offer Greek & International cuisine in a beautiful environment by the beach.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU RENT A CAR DURING YOUR STAY IN NAXOS.

Although a car is not mandatory for your stay, we strongly recommend renting one to fully explore the magnificent island of Naxos. The island is vast and mountainous, with numerous villages and tourist attractions scattered throughout, making it nearly impossible to experience everything on foot or by public transportation.

We can assist you in arranging a vehicle that suits your budget, and it will be waiting for you at the port or airport upon your arrival, at no additional cost. We work with trustworthy and reliable car rental agencies on the island to ensure your safety and convenience.

It is advisable to book your rental car in advance to secure the best rates and availability, particularly during peak season. It is important to note that we do not own or operate a car rental office, but we will do our best to connect you with a reputable agency that meets your needs.

Without a rental car, you will miss out on the island's stunning sights, beaches, and villages, so we encourage you to rent a car for the duration of your stay to fully enjoy all that Naxos has to offer.

• DO WE NEED TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY WITH YOU BEFORE BOOKING?

No. Choose the dates you would like (by clicking in the 'Check In' / 'Check Out' date boxes on our listing page) and then book free dates immediately using 'Instant Book'.


• HOW WILL WE CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT?

To organise your smooth check in, please send us your flight details / flight number or ferry name, port of departure and exact arrival time. Then we'll calculate and suggest a time for your check in. Check-in can be arranged anytime from 15.00pm onward. On the day you arrive, we will be waiting for you at the villa. We will make sure you're in comfortably, give you keys, help you with orientation and answer any other questions.


• CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK-OUT?

We always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times, and its not back to back reservation. But we'll note your request, and always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out and we will keep the safe. Extra small charge for late check out applies divided your daily rate with 24 (hours) to calculate the amount for every extra hour you stay.

• CAN YOU ORGANISE AIRPORT or PORT PICK-UP?

We recommend not to arrive without your transfer already organised because a taxi would be difficult to find especially in high season. Uber or similar apps doesn't exists in Naxos and Cyclades in general.

We can anyway organise a transfer for you, a one way transfer costs around 25 EUR ( total price, not per person) for a comfortable people carrier for up to 4 passengers. Then we organise the taxi driver to be waiting for you at the port/airport holding a sign with your name on.


• WE WANT TO COOK AT THE VILLA. IS THE KITCHEN ANY GOOD, AND WHERE ARE LOCAL SUPERMARKETS?

The kitchen is fully equipped. Family-sized fridge/freezer, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, cook's knives, and all utensils. Tea, coffee, sugar, homemade jam, local Naxian fresh butter, extra virgin olive oil and bottles of mineral water are complimentary. We strongly suggest you to do your first shopping and stock up the villa from the main supermarket in Naxos town after your check in.


• IS THE VILLA CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED?

100% yes! We take cleanliness very seriously and are proud of our 5* cleanliness ratings so far. We try every year to maintain and upgrade things even to the newly villas.

• IS THE VILLA NON-SMOKING?

Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside. We have plenty of space and many balconies around.


• WILL WE HAVE INTERNET ACCESS ?

Absolutely Yes. The speed connection is perfect for browsing and streaming. Naxos has not the best internet connection you can find around but we will not disappoint you with our download speed around around 25 Mbps and upload standing at 3mbps.


• WHY IS THE FINAL PRICE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE SHOWN ON THE FRONT PAGE?

The price shown on the front page is the base price. Its the minimum price we have in Low season. It goes up depending on the time of year and availability. Once you've entered your dates, the price you're seeing is the correct price for that time of year, and it may well be higher than our base price.

• ARE MOSQUITOES A PROBLEM AT YOUR VILLA?

Our bedrooms and living room are sealed with mosquito fences so you won't get bitten. Mosquitos are active before and after sunset. This happens everywhere in Naxos but not every day. If its windy, they disappear.

• DO YOU PROVIDE THINGS LIKE SHAMPOO AND TOWELS?

Yes. Each bathroom comes with hair shampoo, body bath, soap, cotton wool, ear buds, shower cap, bath towels, hand towels and beach/pool towels. Also in one of the bathrooms you'll find a hair dryer.

• IS IT WINDY?

Yes and No ! Have in mind that Naxos is windsurf & kite-surf Paradise. Characteristic of Naxian wind is the strong north wind, we are located in South-west side of the island so Plaka beach is protected and calm even if its windy.


• IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING?

We have air conditioning system to all 3 bedrooms plus the Living room so the villa is fully air-con.

• DO YOU HAVE OTHER PROPERTIES NEARBY OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN NAXOS ?
